Aroma’s Mediterranean menu features specialties from all over that region: the south of France, Greece, Spain, Italy and Portugal. Gomes has made several additions to the menu, including his favourite Aroma Calamari, this is calamari stuffed with seasoned bread crumbs, mushrooms and chorizo topped with Andalucian sauce, and also fresh fish from the coast of Portugal and Spain.
