Description:Stephen James Associates' client in the Victoria is looking to add an Accounts Payable Clerk to their dynamic Accounting Team on a contractual basis. The selected applicant will be crucial to the day to day operations of this organization. Responsibilities include: Processing Accounts Payable Invoices Complete credit applications Prepare and manage tracking sheets for expenses Communicate and set up accounts with vendors Monitor AP email boxes Vendor notification and relations Requirements: 1 Yr of AP or AP related experience Manage large vendor accounts Intermediate to advanced Ms excel expertise Background with ERP systems preferably Great Plains Superior written and spoken communication Bookkeeping or Accounting courses Multi-lingual (French) is an asset This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company that is able to offer potential career advancement and continual learning opportunities.
