Description:Our Victoria client is seeking a full-time Receptionist Administrator to join their established clinic office. The perfect applicant is a mature-minded professional receptionist and administrator. This position is in a small clinic office with the working hours of 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday. The successful applicant is seeking a multifaceted administrative role in a quick paced clinic office setting. Required responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service Manage inventory Provide clear and pleasant reception to all customers, internal and external Multitask: Answer phones and transfer/direct calls to appropriate staff Open and distribute mail Maintain cleanliness and organization of front office Take notes at various meetings, as assigned Assist with general administrative tasks as required such as, photocopying, filing, typing documents, printing labels, maintaining/updating records, monitoring and ordering office supplies Perform other administrative tasks, as assigned
