Description:The Facilities Administrator is accountable to the Facilities & Risk Advisor to provide a wide spectrum of facilities‑related services in support of overall corporate operational goals. These services enable staff to conduct day-to-day business in a safe, efficient, orderly and seamless manner. The Facilities Administrator assists in the coordination of facilities-related services, which includes internal moves, new hire workstation set up, corporate services, supply purchasing and inventory control as well as clerical assistance to the department. Requirements Must have: Superior customer service background The expertise to prioritize tasks and to meet deadlines and overall service delivery goals Demonstrated expertise to communicate clearly and tactfully, both verbally and in writing Proficiency with Ms office products Preferred: Two Years clerical background Understanding of basic accounting and reconciliations Background in a corporate office
